Popular dates, especially Saturdays during wedding season, can book 12–18 months in advance. We recommend reserving your date as soon as you've secured your venue.
Yes! We proudly serve Rochester and the surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.
Yes. We carry liability insurance, and certificates of insurance can be provided to your venue upon request.
We have experienced staff and backup equipment available. We always have a plan in place to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Yes! Many couples choose to bundle DJ, photography, videography, and photo booth services for a seamless experience. Bundling services also means working with one team from planning through your wedding day.
Yes. A signed agreement and retainer are required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due before your event.
Although it is not expected, it is appreciated.
They will be made by your Tones Entertainment DJ.
